Blyth Family Hub

Family Hub provide integrated education, care, family support and health services. These are key factors in determining good outcomes for children and their parents.

The infant feeding team offer support, whether you're getting started with breastfeeding, starting solids, returning to work and everything else in between.

The groups are also a great place to chat with other parents about you and your new addition to the family.

Just thinking that description relates mainly to the Infant Feeding support groups, but we do offer quite a lot more than that, so would it be possible to have the infant feeding groups separate from the Hubs? Also there's not an Infant Feeding group in each of the Hubs, so it may confuse parents?

If you need a general description for the Family Hubs - this is taken from our website:

Family Hubs sit at the heart of our communities, with midwives, health visitors, early years and mental health professionals, youth workers, and more on hand to offer advice, guidance and support. This can include relationship and parenting workshops, financial advice and lots of free activities and sessions for the whole family – all brought together in a friendly one-stop-shop.
