Henry’s Hut is situated in a wonderfully green location. We have open fields, wooded areas and a SSSi (Site of Special Scientific interest) on our doorstep.
We offer a high quality, home like learning environment where children are seen as individuals. We offer Early Education (Free Entitlement) for two, three and four year olds. Learning and development is encouraged through play, with appropriate challenges and support tailored for every child.
Our experienced and knowledgeable staff are committed to providing care, support and encouragement to children and their families.
Our goal is to encourage each individual child’s natural curiosity and promote a philosophy of lifelong learning.
Our purpose built indoor and outdoor environment has been designed to encourage independence and choice in all areas of learning, and to promote purposeful links with the wider community.
We take pride in our friendly, welcoming environment and strive to offer a flexible, family orientated, child focused service.
We are open 50 weeks a year excluding bank holidays.

We are experienced in caring for children with a range of additional needs. We work alongside other professionals including Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Northumberland County Council's Inclusion Team. The building both indoors and outdoors is suitable for use by children who require mobility aids. We cater for children who require special diets and respect religious and cultural diversity.
